We’ll start by hopping on the metro, just like locals do – a key part of life here in CDMX. This isn’t just a ride; it’s your first feel for daily life here in the city, as we head towards our first lively market.​ 

In this first market stop, you'll be surrounded by a scene alive with color - from fruits, veggies, and spicy chiles to traditional sweets, aromatic spices, and vibrant flowers from all across Mexico. This is where traditions live, and where true flavors begin, with initial tastes like rich moles, freshly made tortillas, warm esquites, seasonal fruits, and delicious carnitas tacos.

After exploring the market, we’ll hop on the metro again, making our way to the heart of the city. Along our way, we’ll make many stops at street food stalls, where you’ll see many of those ingredients from the market come alive, lining the lively streets of the Historic Center. Expect over 14 unique tastings. You’ll try several styles of tacos, sample pulque, and a variety of other unique bites. For the adventurous, there’s even a chance to try edible insects. And, of course, no taste of CDMX’s sweet side is complete without fresh and crispy churros.​
